Contact the Special Events Center staff and place a tentative hold on an available date. This tentative hold will be honored for 10 days at no charge.
Step Two:
Within ten days, confirm the hold on your requested event date by doing the following
Following the approval of the General Manager, the SEC staff will generate a Lease Agreement including an Estimate of Fees and Floor Plan.
