Lower Concourse

When guests step through one of the 24 doors of the Grand Entrance, they encounter over 6,000 square feet of airy glass and metal atrium space, accented by decorative neon lighting.

Guests may either take the main elevators or walk up the Grand Staircase to the panoramic Upper Concourse.

The main ticket office as well as administrative offices are located on this level.
